Fees

Unlike traditional accountancy firms we refuse to charge an hourly rate for our work.

We prefer to agree an annual fee in advance which can then be paid in monthly instalments, so you needn’t worry about receiving any unexpected bills or being charged for every phone call or letter.

It is very difficult to give quotes without knowing a little bit about your business, which is why we ask for an initial meeting.

At the meeting we will ask you about the turnover of your business, whether you keep your books manually, electronically or just throw everything into a box, and what type of services we can help you with. After we have established this information we will be able to give you a personalised quote for your business.

You can then decide how to pay from a variety of options we offer, including a monthly standing order for a set amount, monthly/quarterly/yearly invoices or taking our fees from your tax refund.

We will do our best to taylor the payment options to your business financial needs and are always willing to discuss any different methods that suit you!
